Communications and Copywriting
Without dating myself too much (eek) I now have almost twenty years experience as a creative communications consultant specialising in feature writing, copywriting, editing and communications projects – from concept through to production. With a talent for writing and an added flair for photography and design, I work comfortably with both online and print media.
With a personable writing style and visual eye that lends itself to a range of sectors and projects, I've been lucky to work with incredibly diverse, smart, creative and innovative clients. These include clients from the top end of town corporates (who I admire for their professionalism, mega-brains and taste in good restaurants); publishing houses (who I love for their wit, enviable intellect and magicians touch with words), design agencies (who are my creative oracle and remind me how daggy I am!), government agencies (who make me feel like I'm in West Wing), consumer companies (whose products inspire me to spend all my money), small to medium businesses (who inspire me to want to get off my back side and take over the world) and not-for-profits (who allow me to sleep at night but also make me feel guilty that I'm not on a Greenpeace boat being used as a whale decoy).
